Does it count the same as other translation tools?

Uses the match bands common in the industry and counts repetitions within each file and, if you want, across files. The figures may vary slightly: each tool splits words and segments in its own way (numbers, hyphens, tags).

What percentages are usually charged?

It's common to charge between 20 % and 30 % for repetitions and 100 % matches, and more the worse the match. The ones in the table are a starting point: replace them with your client's.

Is it safe with confidential material?
