Frequently asked questions
What gets removed?
Units with no text in one of the two languages, exact duplicates (same source and same translation) and, if you choose, those whose translation is the same as the source.
What happens if a sentence has two translations?
You can keep only the most recent one (by the memory's date) or keep all the variants.
Does it work for memories in different variants of a language?
Yes. If one memory is en-GB and another en-US, the units are recognised as English and merged into the pair you choose.
Is it safe with confidential material?
Yes. The memories are processed in your browser and never reach our servers.
